All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from Hotel Aanandam.
Certain bookings may require advance payment or credit card guarantee. The amount and terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 48 hours before check-in for changes.
Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms and conditions in addition to our hotel policies.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-refundable rates, promotional offers, and special packages may have different cancellation policies as stated at the time of booking.
Valid government-issued photo ID and address proof are mandatory for all guests at check-in. Foreign nationals must present valid passport and visa documentation.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges apply after 12:00 PM.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Valid proof of age may be requested at the front desk.
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI payments, and online bank transfers.
Full payment or a valid credit card for incidentals is required at check-in unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per government regulations. Current GST rates apply.
All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR). Foreign currency exchange is not available at the hotel.
Guests must respect hotel property and facilities. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest's account.
Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and avoid disturbing other guests. Management reserves the right to take action against disruptive behavior.
Illegal activities, weapons, drugs, and smoking in non-designated areas are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges.
Hotel Aanandam is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. Please use in-room safe deposit facilities for valuables.
The hotel is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk. The hotel is not liable for personal injuries except in cases of proven negligence.
We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing hotel services. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Guest information may be used for booking confirmations, service improvements, and promotional communications (with your consent).
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Hotel Aanandam reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
