More than 24 hours before check-in: Full refund (100% of booking amount) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
12-24 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount. One night's charge will be deducted.
Less than 12 hours before check-in or No-Show: No refund will be provided. The full booking amount will be charged.
Certain promotional rates, special packages, and advance purchase bookings may be non-refundable. These bookings are clearly marked at the time of reservation.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, modifications may be permitted subject to availability and applicable charges.

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation and refund details within 24 hours.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds will be credited to the same card used for booking within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the same UPI ID or wallet within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be transferred to the provided bank account within 7-10 business days.
Cash refunds can be collected from the hotel front desk with valid ID proof.
In case of genuine medical emergencies, we may consider full or partial refunds with proper medical documentation.
Full refunds or free rescheduling will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund plus compensation as per applicable regulations.
