At Hotel Aanandam, we strive to provide excellent service and flexibility to our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for bookings made directly with us or through authorized channels.

Standard Booking Refund Policy

Free Cancellation

More than 24 hours before check-in: Full refund (100% of booking amount) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refund

12-24 hours before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount. One night's charge will be deducted.

No Refund

Less than 12 hours before check-in or No-Show: No refund will be provided. The full booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional rates, special packages, and advance purchase bookings may be non-refundable. These bookings are clearly marked at the time of reservation.

Important Notice

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, modifications may be permitted subject to availability and applicable charges.

Refund Processing

1. Cancellation Request

2. Verification

Provide your booking confirmation number and registered contact details for verification.

3. Refund Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation and refund details within 24 hours.

4. Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Bank Processing

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund by Payment Method

Credit/Debit Card

Refunds will be credited to the same card used for booking within 7-10 business days.

UPI/Digital Wallets

Refunds will be processed to the same UPI ID or wallet within 5-7 business days.

Bank Transfer

Refunds will be transferred to the provided bank account within 7-10 business days.

Cash Payments

Cash refunds can be collected from the hotel front desk with valid ID proof.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency

In case of genuine medical emergencies, we may consider full or partial refunds with proper medical documentation.

Natural Disasters

Full refunds or free rescheduling will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Hotel-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund plus compensation as per applicable regulations.

Group Bookings

Group bookings (10+ rooms) have customized cancellation policies. Please contact our events team for specific terms.

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, or other third-party platforms:

  • Their cancellation and refund policies will apply
  • Contact the respective platform directly for cancellations
  • Refund processing times depend on the third-party's procedures
  • Hotel Aanandam's direct refund policy does not apply to OTA bookings

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

  • GST and other applicable taxes paid will be refunded as per the refund percentage.
  • Early check-out does not entitle guests to a refund of unused nights unless requested 24 hours in advance.
