Guest Policy

Important information for a comfortable and safe stay at Hotel Aanandam.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) is mandatory at the time of check-in.

ID Proof & Registration

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
As per government regulations, C-Form registration is mandatory for all guests.
Local ID proof holders from Patna are welcome with valid documentation.

Age Policy

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in independently.
Children below 12 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Extra charges may apply for additional bedding or extra guests.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Online Bank Transfer accepted.
Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless advance booking is confirmed.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a one-night charge.
No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Room Occupancy Policy

Maximum occupancy per room is as per the room category booked.
Extra guests beyond the standard occupancy will be charged additionally.
Visitor entries must be registered at the front desk for security purposes.
Unauthorized guests found in rooms may result in additional charges or eviction.

Safety & Security

24/7 CCTV surveillance is operational throughout the hotel premises.
Please use in-room safe deposit lockers for valuables. Management is not responsible for lost items.
Do not leave room doors unlocked or keys unattended.
Fire safety equipment is available on all floors. Please familiarize yourself with emergency exits.

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Hotel Aanandam is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas.
Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
Consumption of alcohol is allowed only in designated areas or in-room (for guests above 21 years).
Disorderly conduct or disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
Charges for damages will be billed to the guest's account or collected at check-out.
Lost key cards will incur a replacement fee of ₹500.
Please report any damages or issues immediately to the front desk.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at Hotel Aanandam, except for registered service animals.
Service animals must be properly documented and controlled at all times.
